Royal’s Studios lies just 50 m from the sandy beach of Agios Nikolaos in Edipsos and within 2 km from the famous Thermal Springs. Its self-catering accommodation comes with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Euboea and the garden.

At the central square of Agios Nikolaos, within 50 m from Royal’s Studios, guests can find restaurants, bars and mini markets. Edipsos Port is at 3 km, while Istiaia Town is 17 km away.

Fully equipped studio

All the studios of our guesthouse are decorated with modern furnishings and include a small kitchen with an electric oven and a fridge.  Each bright and airy unit features air conditioning, an LCD TV and a private bathroom with shower.

The Rooms are cleaned daily, the staff is polite and helpful, they suggest places to visit in the area and various activities to do, the breakfast rich in local products, quiet area with a beach, tavern and mini Market very close and finally, a bonus was that you do not need to travel long distances to find a good beach and good food.

Small and fine family owned hotel. Very clean and modern rooms with kitchenettes. Extremely nice owners who always have a tip for a destination ready. I was late because of a flight delay, which was not a problem. Owners are very flexible and in case of problems at any time reachable. I will gladly come again!

Due to the unique conditions of the covid 19 pandemic, to which we are all unfortunately forced to adapt, no breakfast is served at our guesthouse, at any price.  Also, we do not enter the rooms to provide daily cleaning services as before the pandemic. However, the rooms are fully equipped for meal preparation and cleaning.  We ask for your understanding as our only goal is to provide a beautiful and safe stay for all of us.
